Wich quest do you do the first?? - Page 2

One one of my games, it was:
- Circus Tent
- De'Arnise Keep
(pay Gaelan Bayle)
- get the Daystar
- whack Bodhi
- Spellhold.

Kinda odd doing the Copper Coronet, Mencar Pebblecrusher and Skinner Murders in Chapter 6, but hey, it was fun....

I'm starting to feel sorry for Mencar...sure he's rude, but sheesh, everyone's gunning for him. And I'll bet that most of the rest of you do the same as me and talk nice, then charm Mencar and make him kill his friends [img]tongue.gif[/img]

Mencar
Circus
Slavers, CC and Slums
Sewers Level 1
Renal's Quest
Planar Sph. (or whichever is my stronghold)
whatever order after that

--I do the Harper Hold as soon as I get the right random encounter
--Try to start Sir Sarles, Fallen Paladins, and any other quests that require map-hopping early, so that I can do them in the midst of other quests instead of just running around doing one at a time

I generally go:

Circus Tent
Copper Coronet + Slavers
Trademeet (Easy comparted to other quests outside city)
Umar Hills
Planer Sphere
Windspear(sp?) Hills (Do this before Umar sometimes)
De'Arnise Keep
Temple District (Unseeing Eye, Guarded Compound, Sewers)
Bridge District (Skinner + Planer Prison)
Docks District
Graveyard District

I never play the quests in the same order, to keep my gaming experience from growing dull. There were occasions when I didn't tackle the Slaver's Quest until I was level 16 or so.

I once did the D`Arnise quest after having the Crom Faeyer created. Ha! It was all too easy. That hammer crushed those ugly trolls like nothing before. Offcourse, my high level might have helped alot aswell...

I always do circus tent first
I then do these quests kinda simultaneously:
1. copper coronet and slavers quest (get lilacor), mae'var's guild, de'arnise keep, renfeld/montoran and harper stronghold.

next step is getting my stronghold (if I haven't already got it, or unless I need to be much higher lvl eg. druid)

from there on it kinda depends on what mods I've got installed, my character, my party (who/how many/what level), or what day of the week it is

Along the way I pick up all those one-off encounters (other adventurer groups in taverns, twisted rune, guarded compound etc) depending on how I'm going, or if I'm just trying to kill time ('come back in a tenday') etc. Is mencar one of these ?
