and for a waaaayyyy over-powered summons, get Weimer's Item-Upgrade mod, spend a heap oh dough and you have !!!Improved Kithix!!!
I don't think this thing can actually *be* killed... I used it a few times in tough fights and the thing is a Tank (capital 'T') it webs everyone in sight and then proceeds to just eat them all meanwhile you sit your whole crew in the back row... join in an toss a few arrows if you want, doesn't seem to matter much either way lol ps. needless to say I had fun watching the evil spider queen do her work a few times, then got bored... I don't use it anymore unless I just can't beat someone
