I use it once, and it is used up and disappears. I tried selling it to a merchant and buying back but it appears that there is only one charge on it? Anyone shed some light?

Okay I will give that a try. I thought one use per day items would be like The Horn of Valhalla. They disappear from the equip slot, but you can see the horn in the inventory page. Kithix disappears from both spots for me.

Oh? It disappears completely? Is your game patched and fixpacked?

My games have always been patched and fixpacked and it has always disappeared completely also. I think that's just the way it is. I also have the Cerebus that the ranger gets but I can't remember right now if it disappears from the inventory or not.

In my experience, the Spider Figurine disappears from the Quick Item slot, but reappears in the Inventory.

Pity a beautiful ting to use because its better than Spider Spawn and even if he gets killed he reappears the next day.

Maybe it's one of those bugs.. Where your inventory is full and when you used the item to summon, it drops to the ground, because your inventory is full..
Maybe..hmm?
