That means you installed the Shorter Cutscenes mod, which is a part of Ease of Use and also a side portion of Baldurdash.

At which point... I must emphasise... do not forget to read the README files. Blindly installing third-party mods is a surefire way to corrupt your game data. I mean honestly people... common sense!
