I'm supposed to be a moonpie... Big and round???? Couldn't be any further from the truth, hehe. Well, okay, I'm big (6"2) but only 68 kilograms (150 pounds or something?)
Where the heck did you find this crap?? |

Hmm, a Collard heh, now what advice did you give me :
As far as your personal life goes, if you are Collards, stay away from Moon Pies. It just won't work. Save yourself a lot of heartache. Thanks dude, just a few years too late (sigh), wish I had known this earlier . ------------------ |

For all you non-southerners out there, Let me define some of these terms. Okra - A tasty garden vegetable the you dip in corn meal and fry up in a pan. I like mine crunchy. Chitlins - are small pig intestines. Good fries up and put in cornbread. Bo Weevil - Bo Weevils are a type of beetle found here in the south. They are a pest. Moon Pie - A round sandwich made of two pieces of cake (thin) with marshmellow in the center and all covered with chocolate icing (they also come covered in a banana icing; either is good). Possum - is an animal that lives all over the country. They are very prominent in the south and are right there with Armadillos for being a pest. When attacked their first line of defense is to curl up in a ball and play dead. Crawfish - A type of fresh water lobster. They love to boil them and suck they little heads doen in New Orleans. They are found everywhere in the south. Collards - A type of leafy veggie. A true southern dish is fresh collard greens with onion and bacon and then you pour the hot bacon grease over them. YUM YUM!!! Catfish - a bottom feeding trash fish found in many ponds, rivers, creeks and lakes throughout the country. Tehy don't have scales, rather a smooth skin, that's slimy to the touch. Great when dipped in egg, rolled in corn meal and then fried! YUM YUM!!! Grits - A dish made up of ground up corn. Then you boil it and served with (and this depends on where in the south you grew up) salt and pepper or butter and sugar. Boiled Peanuts - Just what it says. They do add spices (you can get them spicy hot). They aren't found where I'm from, in Tennessee. You have to go to Alabama, Georgia or Florida. Butter Bean - Another type of veggie. There is also a boxer by that name. Armadillo - A type armored rat found in Texas, Louisana (sp) Mississippi, Alabama, Arkansas, Tennessee... Not much good for anything except Roadkill, which they excell at. Oh well, guess you got to be good at something! Now you all non-southernors have a little bit of education about ya. ------------------ Sir Taliesin If they take my gun can I still use my Axe? |
