ONE TIP! BACK UP THE REGISTRY BEFORE SCREWING WITH IT!!

then run regedit and delete all references to the game and developer from the registry. do a search for first one then the other using "F3" to continue intill they are all removed. Bingo you should be able to reinstall without a problem And its lame that they set it up that way....sometimes I have had to overinstall a game to get it to work right :-/
Eeeh..mind explaining that a little bit more?
Tried RegClean, and easyclean...i still doesn't work :/
Any more suggestions? Except for getting a person that knows stuff about computers, 'cause the ones I know, don't know
