And that's what it is... an opinion. The bartender could have had a bad day to the effect that even innocuous utterences would have been interpreted otherwise. Who's to say it's not possible?

And while Im thinking of it, if you keep rolling your eyes like that you are going to need glasses, and also run the risk of being offensive to the people you are doing it to, and Im sure you would not want to purposely offend say...me for example?
Okay, no more rolling eyes. Happy?

Sorry if I've offended you, I just happen to enjoy eye exercises. Your posts are often more than a little exasperating to others too, if one is allowed to say it. Whether it was deliberate or whether you were just innocently voicing an opinion, only you yourself know...

[/QUOTE] It didn't reach the level of offense, I was just wondering if you were tying to tick me off or not.

I do realize my writing style is not the most wonderful in the world, and one of these days I will get around to polishing up my writing style. In this case, personaly I am just voicing my opinion and mean no offense personally to anyone. I would like to help allay (sp?) some of the more paranoid feelings some people seem to harbor about law enforcement though, I really believe they get the shit end of the stick much of the time.

Im much easier to understand in person than in my writing as I think a lot of people are so I guess those english comp classes better be next on my agenda I will say that it is very rare for me to post anything just for the sake of getting someone's goat or to make them angry

Old money

12 pennies = 1 shilling
20 shillings = £1 (quid)
240 pennies in £1

New money

100 pennies make £1
