As they stood in the shop Khalraan held Skye's hand again, and he was happy, dirty, but happy.

Shadow awakens to the feeling of cold rain on his face through the window, after checking his equipment he heads out into the town he soon spots everyone and runs over to them through the storm, becoming distracted and stealing a expensive amulet from a nearby store along the way.

He smiles at Verloren, "I do not think that we have been formally introduced, I am Shadow and one of such beauty surely deserves a little something." He offers Verloren the recently stolen amulet. "It is nothing compared to your beauty but it is the best i have on me at the moment."

Calaethis shakes his head silently. He laughed inwardly. Shadow had no idea whom he was flirting with, and when he found out, he'd be in for a shock. He also glanced up at the silver dragon, Avalon. Wondering what his reaction would be. He glanced back at his cousin and patiently awaited her reply to his previous questions.

IC: After following the gang into a shop he looked at his tattered and torn cloak. I guess I could use a new cloak. After searching through the choices he found one he liked. A black one with white trimmings. He quickly paid for and it and disgarded his old one.He put on his new cloak. He then looked at shadow offering Verloren the amulet and smiled for a brief second.

OOC: I fear I might have done something wrong.LB,did I? (Please don't yell at me if I did. I feel like I did)

Avalon looked towards Shadow and grinned but he addressed Calaethis,

"I can chose my own clothing. I prefer to keep it simple since nice things seem to attract pickpockets and dirt...When we are out of the city, I can demonstrate, if you would like,"

Verloren cocked her head at Shadow,

"Another half-kin? My sister keeps good company," she grinned, knowing Alliene was probably scowling. She made yet another curtsie from within the rain bubble, "I am Verloren Esgaroth Dragonflame, Queen of the country of Defari, Blademaster, and Alliene's dearest friend," she straightened and made a small gesture at Avalon, "That is Avalon, a silver dragon, and the man with whom I am in love," Queen and dragon exchanged affectionate looks before Verloren smirked at Shadow, her eyes twinkling, "Why, what a lovely amulet. Does it have any enchantments?" she accepted the necklace from him and examined it closely.

Alliene sighed and pulled Shadow into the bubble, "Nice to see you're up. Come, we are headed to the weapons and armour smith. You can pick what you'd like and either Verloren or myself will pay for it,"

Zachana chuckled from her perch on Alliene's shoulder. Elves or humans, it didn't matter which, were always so stingy about money. Of course so were dragons. She chuckled again as she thought of her hoard back in her cave.

Calaethis bowed and smiled half shyly at the silver. "No - that won’t be necessary, thank you all the same; I was just curious; still it was nice of you to offer to indulge a child's whims." He grinned impishly and shot a grin at Verloren who seemed to be dealing with Shadow in a satisfactory manner. He spoke softly to Avalon. "As a elven noble - I'm almost expected to wear finary - I don't like to have extravergent clothing, but I dolike a fine weave." he half bowed again, "Even if the clothes are plainer, such as these." He gestured at his own garb. "Besides" he added wryly "They tend to last longer if they're well made" Cal was still slightly in awe of the silver, and didn't want to offend the great beast, (even tho a dragon isn't exactly a "beast" [img]tongue.gif[/img] ). Nodding politely, Cal asked to be excused, and wandered over to his cousin. "Are we done selecting garments here?" he asked softly. Unlike some, he didn't run around raising his voice, but kept his tone low, especially when talking to his cousin...(no prizes for guess why he doens't wanna annoy Alliene [img]tongue.gif[/img] ) "When your ready, may we set off to the swordsmiths? Then we can go about choosing a blade". Seeing his cousin was ready to depart, he bowed and with a grin offered her his arm, ignoring any odd looks from the others

Of course, when your ready, "Dear cousin"; I'll let you lead the party into the swordsmith/blacksmith/armouries. After all, you *are* party leader...

Ah the amulet might be enchanted... I honestly have no-idea. I couldn't let you pay for anything of mine, it would be so rude of me. Besides paying for things is against my code of ethics."

At the mention of blacksmith dameons eyes brightened at the thought of being able to be in a forge again. He stayed at the back in the garment shop becuase his clothes where fine. He could use a whetstone from the blacksmith, a rather large one.
