Sea roleplay. "the begining"

Skye smiled at her new friend. "Well, that's the advantage of traveling on a boat! Even though we only get a few days here, we get to go to many different places as well!" Mentally the half-elf thought Funny... Only just before she said she was an unwanted orphan... Yet just now she said this was her first time away from home... Rong must have a very interesting history behind her... Ah well. I won't push it. She will tell me when she wants, and no sooner.

While the two were wandering the streets, they did not notice Lyulfe had disappeared from their side. At that moment, Lyulfe returned with a small bag in his hands. "I know how hungry Skye can get sometimes, and since you seem interested in the foodstuffs, I got some for you too," the tall elf said to Rong Er, the tips of his pointed ears a little red.

Skye observed this without a word, then tugged on the bag. "Sooo, what'd you get? I hope it wasn't too expensive."

He opened the bag to reveal various strangely-shaped fruits of vibrant hues and some sweetmeats. "Actually, the food at the local market seems to be quite inexpensive, although we should stop at a tavern or the marketsquare tommorrow."

Skye grabbed a blueish-orange fruit that was shaped sort of like an apple, and offered it to Rong Er. "As Lyulfe would say, for the apple of my eye," she mimicked her companion's voice in a silly manner. Lyulfe made a noise in his throat that was a cross between irritation and embarrassment, and looked away to avoid Rong Er's gaze. Skye grinned, patted his shoulder sympathetically, and grabbed a purple-jade coloured fruit for herself. "MMMPH!" she exclaimed, and uttered a few curses in elvish and draconic, among others.

"What?" Lyulfe asked, annoyed.

"I 'ink I 'oke a too'!" she said.

Lyulfe looked at her, puzzled, and raised an eyebrow. "Mind running that by me again?"

The half-elf looked irate and rubbed her jaw. "I said, I think I broke a tooth!" Skye held up the fruit pit which had so endangered her incisor. "How strange looking... Don't throw out the pits, I want to save them." She shrugged in response to her two companions' questioning looks. "Call it curiousity. Mine's insatiable, I really ought to name it."

I think he went in to the "roaring goat" its his favorit in this town, its his favorit in this town. by the way im rumbin, nice to meet you.

Hi! I know we havent talked so much on the ship but I have had alot to do, so i was thinking we might could get to know eachother here and I know you probably would want some male to "hang out whit" --he looks and smiiles at lyulfe-- And I do know this town.

Plaxica thanks the sailor, and then steps off the ship and goes to the tavern called the "roaring goat" to find the captain and ask him, whether he could employ him. He steps into the tavern recognizes the captain from the sailor's description. "I heard that you are looking for sailors for your boat. I myself am a sailor. I wonder whether you would like to employ me. And also should it come to trouble I can fight since for 3 years I had been a soldier"- he said and waited for the captain to respond.

I dont like to be inturupted when I am eating. but i am glad to see that finnaly a real sailor wants to join. you should se some of the "people" thats on the ship now. You might think we are a sailing circus.
Now join me and eat or get out of here

ic: still swimming, enjoying the water, enjoying the cool refreshing feel that only the sea can bring to the skin he realizes that he is rather deep and in need of some air, with a burst of energy he quick ascends to the surface, breaking it like a creature of the sea, only to disappear with a slight ripple on the waters surface.

Lyulfe pulled a rueful grin. "I have to admit, Skye can be a handful at times. I have no objections, if Rong Er and Skye don't mind." He looked at the half-elf, who was pouting.

She nodded, then glanced at Rong Er for confirmation. "You don't mind, do you? If you do, maybe the guys can split up, and we'll go do something else. Especially if someone keeps picking on me," she mock-glared at Lyulfe, who muttered under his breath something about "who was picking whom a few minutes ago."

Lets not fight now, I know this great litle places that does the best roasted sea gull known to man. First I have to say sorry on the behaf of coruno, i know he can be testy at times he hasent always been like this. Ive known him for a long time we grew up on the island of Notrica, the island that now is destroyd by the dragon. he becam like this after.. *Fear comes in his eyes* Oops I have said to much.. we must go now am I the only one who is hungry?

"That would be nice of you. Waiter! Some roast fish with potatoes and a pint please!" He enjoyed the meal greatly, since it was the first he had had for 48 hours. After finishing he paid with nearly the last coins of money he had and said to the captain: "Where shall my sleeping quarters be on the ship? Can I start work today?"

Mormegil

Mormegil comes out of the private cleaning quarters and walks out into the public area. He spots some of his shipmates and the captain out there, eating well.

"Hi guys. I am just going out to walk around town for a while before night falls. If you see my bodyguard, tell him that I will meet him back here. Thanks."

Mormegil begins to walk to the exit.

Karthias
Karthias decided he might aswell get off ship and take a look around to see what this city had to offer.

As he walked past a merchant grabbed his arm, " you look like a body guard, you must be Karthias, right? "
Karthias nodded a bit intruiged at what this man had to say, but was let down by a "Your master told me to give you some food"
Karthias took the food, somewhat annoyed by the mans refrence to Mormegil as his master he proceeded to walk down the street and saw the captain of the ship with someone new? This could be interesting he thought, and started to walk over...............
