You mentioned not being able to peacefully disrupt the Ritual. Correct me if I am wrong here, but what about Greater Command?

Yes, Ira is the master of cheese. Fight parmesan with gorgonzola ! WK shouldn't be a problem, the fight with the Demo guy should be fun though.

Can't remember whether Stun works, but I figure that Rataxes would prefer to memorise Devas and other level 7 spells. Greater Command is level 5 though.

greater command sure is nice, but iirc it can't target neutral npcs... (and the countess was quite neutral when she tried to complete the ritual... for me at least)
