Two origins:

1.) Gambit from the X-Men comic books was one of my top three favorite characters, and

2.) I once said "damn't" really loudly and a friend (for reasons unknown) thought I said "gamm't" instead. Teased me for quite some time, he did.

I picked 'Cienna' one day when I was trying out a MUD...
Hehe, now since I play that same MUD 24/7, well, alot, I use the name alot to. It actually doesn't mean a thing. But I keep hearing about these cars and convents and cities named Siena, or Sienna... Ick....

In the movie Fight Club, the characater Edward Norton played had trouble sleeping, so he went to support groups, under the name Cornelius. I just thought that was kinda funny.

I mostly use Velkyn as my nickname. Which comes from the Drow language. My friends always called me a Dreamer, so I used that as my first nickname

As sylent, my name was just made up, a long, long time ago.

Of course if you read it backwards you get never. That isn't too original, but it sounds great. Got used to it over all these years.

A month ago I discovered that people in South America and Mexico call parties a 'reven'; not any kind of parties, but the ones you drink and dance a lot.

I was playing FF9 on the PS while I was waiting for BGII Shadow of Ahm to come out for my Mac. Zidane is the main character in that. Liked Vivi too but hey.

Needed a short zappy name to sign up with, typed in Zidane.

Liked the name Zidane. And it has stuck!!!!

Now if I am playing a male NPC I am Zidane and if I am playing a female I am Lady Zidane.

At the moment I am playing all my games as a female, and I have started BGII SOA 2nd time around as a bloke, so I can have some romance in my life

So there.....

Lady Zidane

ps I am not Lady Zidane as my user name, because I couldnt change it once I typed it in. Only thought of it after the fact, doh..
