Kaz jerked up. She was sitting on what felt like cold marble, but looking down, she saw only nothingness. Shivering, she sprang to her feet.
Well, little one, I see you have almost forgotten about me. The hissing voice was in her head, not in her ears. I suppose it is time to... change that. Kaz spun around, looking for the demon. Suddenly light flared in her eyes. Squinting, she saw two shapes against the glare - her mother and father. Her father seemed to be lying injured, almost dead, on the ground. Her mother was bent over him. Her terrified eyes met Kaz's. "Help me! Please!" she gasped. "He... he did this to us. Stop him! Stop him!" she began to scream, doubling over in pain. Kaz screamed too, trying to reach the fading figure. "Mother!" She could not hear her own voice...
Ah, that hurt, didn't it? And now... Jerking up suddenly, Kaz stared around her. Was that Larry and Mistral, screaming in the background? And there - faintly outlined by a red glow - Neb.
Kaz felt icy fingers clutch at her heart. The sorceror seemed to be screaming, but no sound came out of his mouth. He seemed to be wounded, yet his robe, ripped and burnt, made this hard to tell. He was obviously in great pain... "Nooooo!!!!" Kaz screamed.
Kaz stirred slightly, finally jerking awake. She stared around before sighing in relief, realizing it had only been a dream. Despite her rest, Kaz looked tired and ill.
OOC: WHERE IS EVERYONE? Ack! Eating pop-tarts - whatever they are - probably.

Neb noticed that Kaz was awake and walked over to see how she was, noticing that she looked ill he asked her, "Are you all right Kaz? You don't look too well."

~She nodded, drumming her fingers on the counter.~ "I'm not worried, just... Curious, that's all." ~She looked over at the feast she'd created.~ "The food's gonna get cold." ~She looked back at Deiter, slumping on one hand.~ "Their loss I suppose."

"Bad dreams," Kaz said. She winced at the memory. "I can run from my past during the day, yet at night, it catches up to me..."

Neb's face showed his worry, he too knew how it was when the dreams came, those that you couldn't escape, those that seemed so real..... "Have some breakfast," he said, "I'm sure some food and drink will help banish the nightmares."

Sephi walked out into the room and sat down for breakfast. He was still wearing the black suit, hood, boots, gloves, and goggles as whe he was first met, and it seemed as if he never chaged out of them. He sat down in the chair and lounged about, waiting for someone to come up and take his order.

Sephi finally looks around the room and realizes that theres a bunch of food lying around. Geeze, I must have been more tired than I thought! Quickly he grabs some food and returns to his place on the table, devouring his food.

ooc: is this a breakfast, lunch, or dinner feast? i havent been paying much attention, sorry... and Sephi is a bit too tired to tell what it is anyways, so help him out!

J/K. What makes me angry is these Animal Farm character sketches. Takes me a godamn half-hour for each one!

I don't even wanna think about Old Major... That one's gonna be a real pain in the ass.

Ah well... I'll just patiently wait for Deiter.

NOW SEPHI, you need to work on paying attention. I know I read every one of your posts, no mention of how pointless it is to marry yourself.
