My spanish has seen better days senor but from what I gather that is one mother*#&@off huge apartment boat thing! $900 million to build and you can own your very own enormous suite for only $16 million. Bummer if it hit a wave at the wrong angle [img]tongue.gif[/img]

This idea has been around for the last few years. Heck, there was even a show that talked about it on cable TV here a few years ago.
