How's this for weird? 'Slight Spoiler'

In the underdark, with the machine that trapped 7 people and you had to manipulate the facets to free them, somethin really weird happened. I freed the mage who had lost the ability to speak (i think her name was Raelitis Stratiti... she was the one who only said 'duhhhh....'). Well, she was no match for my hasted kensai and beserker, wielding Clestial fury and the Axe of the Unyielding, respectively. Well, after one hit from my Kensia, she was down to 'Badly Wounded'. Well, what happened next was unbelievable. My kensai and beserker simultaneously had critical hits worth 60 and 40 damage which dropped her hitpoints well below -50. Well, a contingency went off containing mislead, and now, there is a permanent, undispellable, untargetable, chunk of meat floating near the machine. At first, it still had the ability to cast spells, but no longer. Now it just attacks when i get near, but it has no ability to move. There is no danger, but it badly slows down my system for some reason. Does anyone know what to do about it?

uhh, restart??

my own wierd experience is when i was just walking in the government district when all of a sudden (it was raining that time) i was struck by LIGHTNING. i nearly died that time.

well, I can't ctrl-y it because the engine does not recognize it as a target, and it's far to late to restart, but i won't be in the underdark long, so its not a big deal... just wondering if it had happened to anyone else

in one of my games i had a chunk of meat(from a shahuagin, if i recall correctly) start spinning in the air, not attacking, but still being an enemy. i just couldnt save or sleep around it. after reloading though, it didnt happen again.

Just a thought, but would casting death spell, or true sight near it dispel it? They don't have to be cast on a target as I remember.

I had that happen to me as well, the exact same thing, although I didn't score those critical hits.

I couldn't figure out how to get rid of either, though. But it was certainly weird.

I once had the mage that goes with you into bodhi's lair(from teh thief guild) follow me around and respawn every few seconds until I had around 60 of them on screen at once, I led them outside and let my wand of cloudkill do the dirty work (I got a spiffy staff/mace from every kill)

Happened to me too, but in bridge district and the victim of that lightning was Anomen. It made me laugh, since he was the only non-evil member of my party (perhaps he offended Talos ?)

Ive been hit by lightning many times. Worst was in the area NE of Nashkel. Minsc went Boom. Other than that Ive (usualy) been tough enough to survive.
