One from Forbes and one from Wagga, noone from Orange... that`s a relief
Unfortunately, that doesn`t tell me the rest of the world`s stance on it, only the Sydney Morning Herald`s

Have the media in other countries published even approximates on how many Australian`s died in the bombing ?? If so, how many ??
Does it matter how many Australians died in the bombing, except for the home front? *Many* people died, of all nationalities; that's what counts for the Global Community. I think the only media reporting about the exact number of Australian deaths was the Australian media itself, just like the British media focusses on British deaths and the Dutch news opened with (disgustingly enough, as if they couldn't bring the news with more respect to the other victims ) the news that "1 fellow Dutchie has been reported missing in Bali after a bombing".
Yes it does. It matters to expatriates who find it extremely frustrating when news of their former neighbours tragedy is not forthcoming. People died from the inner city beach suburb - Maroubra - that I lived in.

Bear in mind that per capita, 200 Australians is 2000 Americans (at least) 20 million Aussies, 280 million Americans.

So yes it matters how many Australians died, because as the numbers rise, the odds increase it may have been someone we knew.
