In the style of Thorogrim, I shall tell the easiest battle I've fought against this dragon.

Sir Sparhawk and his party entered the lair of Frikraag. They knew it was going to be a difficult battle but they did not know much about Frikraag. All they knew was that he was dangerous. Aerie summoned an earth element and an air element and Jahiera summoned a nymph as well. Yoshimo went into hiding to backstab. They then advanced after casting various protective spells on themselves. As they advanced they saw the biggest thing they had ever seen, a gigantic red dragon. It then greeted them and they realised that it was Frikraag.
'Hello puny mortal, do you want to live, if so I will let you take Garren Windspear's daughter home. The insults I have done are for my amusements and my curiosity.'
`Why did you insult me?' asked Sparhawk
'Because of your parentage. Your stepfather, Gorion once bested me in an encounter in his youth, I still bear the scars. However your true parentage as a Child of Bhaal was more interesting.'
'No I would fight you' replied Sir Sparhawk
‘As they say it’s your funeral’ answered Frikraag.
Yoshimo backstabbed him and Sir Sparhawk and Minsc then started laying into him with their two-handed swords. Haer D’alise and Aerie started hitting him with their magic missiles with only a few hitting him with a few. Jahiera then started casting a very long spell so she could cast harm. The two elements tore Frikraag’s pet mage, Conster apart but were fried by a blast of Dragon breath. Frikraag then tore into Minsc and killed him but fortunately Yoshimo had the rods of Resurrection. Frikraag started attacking Yoshimo and he had backed up against the wall of the chamber. Minsc appeared and cast bless on Sir Sparhawk. Yoshimo was trapped and the clever thief wonder how he could escape. Then Frikraag roared in surprise. Jahiera had come up behind him and touched him with Harm and the party could now kill him. Frikraag then started attacking Yoshimo savagely and the group attacked with fresh vigour. Then as Frikraag got ready for the most powerful spell at his disposal, Power word kill. An arrow came out of the blue and killed Frikraag dead. Sparhawk had hit him with an arrow.

That was my easiest fight against my first dragon at levels 9-11 for my party. Not bad. Any better suggestions.

Nicely done. No cheese either, which is unusual for those levels.

No, not at all. Just wondered why Minsc Died? My level ten party managed him without casulties Hehe...No, if it went the way you told, you're certainly allowed to be proud.

I dont think you can backstab dragons...
Good job however. Harm is a easy way of doing it. I had a hard time killing him. I had to kill him hp for hp with aerie and a wand of lightning. And tons of summonons. When the wand was spent he was near death and I attacked with all my strenght and the beast finally fell. The toughest battle I've had in BG2, thou also the best

If I had known the harm spell works well on the dragon I would have no casulaties and conster would of been the only one to worry about (that's not much). And Thorogrim, I'm not your padawan I just did it that style since I wanted show it to be interesting. And yes I'm proud of that battle, next up Thax the shadow dragon.

Wow! a level 9-11 party... I'm impressed! I was about a level 20 party until I even considered fighting Firkraag. Once again, good job.

Thanks for the things. I tried against Thax the shadow dragon and beat him in one go without being killed. To easy. As I say. First the worst, second to easy an dthe last the best of them all.

Question Mark

Did you backstab Thax too...? Because I really don't think you can back-stab Dragons... Anyone, who would like to clarify me on that, I would be greatful...
Hmmm, you are very low on levels and you managed to beat Firkraag easily... It is very hard to beleive, but, if you did, I congradulate you... ohh yeah, you also beat Thax with one try!!! That is great too!!! They both took me ages to beat, like 20 - 30 reloads!!!
Well, wish you good luck combating other dragons!!!
PEACE OUT!
