depression can be serious, if your not comfy talking to someone tho please at least start a journal. i have one here on my computer because of post partum depression (a mommy thing) and it helps simply to write it down and see your feelings in words. other than that, i have joke:

why did the snowman take his pants off????? he heard the neighbors had a snow blower!!!!

Warhammer you out there?

If ur in the bad days/months of jr and sr high school, then let me say I'm in the mess too, though I'm not quite so low. Is it the feeling of lack of existance? Talk to your friends and ask what you mean to them. If you don't feel like that, then ask yourself: What do I want to do in life? It could be anything, from what you like to do, what you want to become, what you adore or hold as an idol, whatever. Don't feel you're the only one that feels like **** every once in a while. Plus try espresso if u havn't already

Oh thanks guy, you can't imagine how much your posts meant to me.

On to answer some of your questions, nah I am not thinking about suicide, too messy and my family does not deserve it. I was more thinking about the death of old friends of mine, parents,...

As of my age I am turning 30 this month, but I do not think it has to do with anything.

As of someone to talk to that's prolly the core of the problem, my family and friends live in another country, I just moved here a couple of years ago, and I am not one to make friends easily. Tha's why I am burdining you guys.

Once again thanks.

Edited: Sorry for your loss Donut. My blues seem petty in comparaison.

Sorry to hear that you feel down Warhammer. Might I suggest getting involved in a hobby of some sort to meet some like minded people? Or even just a night out to the movies or something?
I've never had trouble making new friends and stuff so I don't know how someone in your position would deal with that side of it I'm afraid.

Donut. I know how you feel dude, I lost a friend to suicide two years and one month ago. Not a nice feeling
