LOL, I just showed her that, and she said that she hates wind sprints, but whatever blows your dress up. She has a thing with her running friend that they meet once a week at the track and do sprints, I'm not too clear on it. She says that it helps her wind, so I guess that's why they call it that.

yeah, I like long distance. Road runs rock, especially when the rain is beating you into the ground gotta love that brit weather.

Oh, one problem with long distance. I take a walkman with me, and play the same song over and over again. After, while the adrenaline is still pumpin, I can't get the damn song outta my head!!!

LOL, Galadria has a WalkMan, too, but she plays CD's Like The Phantom of the Opera and New Age stuff. I have no information about the volume, she just says that she likes to hear herself breathe and the sound of her shoes.
