Here's the real riddle:
What lies in bed, and stands in bed, first white then red.
The plumper it gets, the better the old woman likes it?

No sick answers plz.

perhaps twas indeed a strawberry, yet I am unsure.

Shadowhound, you cannot possibly claim to be who you claim to be. For one thing as flowery as you try to make your speech, the grammar, or lack thereof, completely decimates any hint of greatness. But then again, I am extremely picky about people's writing. I expect nothing but greatness from the world, and so, as you might expect I am disappointed quite often. When your imagination is fueled by fires beyond anything known to humanity, the world can seem somewhat drab at times, or it can be greater then your wildest dreams.

It could indeed be a strawberry, but that doesn't explain the standing in bed part...or does it?....

I think it's a cow that's being bred for the meat, and it's out in the sun too much. Oh, and in a bed because the old woman loves it like a son...

Am I right?
