Umm do you mean Sicilian?Like from Sicily an Italan island?If so try that spelling in google.com or the like.

Sage, I think he means the Sythsillian empire from the Forgotten Realms AD&D campaign.
And on that topic I know absolutely nothing. except... That in BG2 there is talk of revolt within the Sythsillian Empire and that the monsters in Imnesvale in the Umar Hills are renegades from said empire. Other than that, I'm no help.

Yes. The Sythsillian Army renegades in the Umar Hills, they are the reason I am intersted in this.
I am planning out a modnpc insane half-orc barbarian (CE) who will be with Malduf as another deserter. The barbarian's name is Lopsis. The mod-npc quest would take the PC to a new area, an encampment of a force from the Sythsillian Army.
