R Kelly Has Been Arrested On Accounts Of Child Pornography, I'm Not A Fan Really, But I Think He's Innocent, Dosen't Seem That Kinda Guy.. He's Been Released On Bail As Long As He Stays Away From Any Minors Not Related To Him... Opinons?

Um... I posted this on Pandemonium a few days ago, and the article *I* found was a bit clearer. So I certainly think he's guilty.

He had publicly denied the allegations numerous times but upon further scrutiny of the video he'd made which brought this out into the open to begin with, he was charged with numerous crimes related to child pornography.

Didn't a news caster receive a home video tape that proved him guilty? That one of his friends got ahold of a copy and turned it in, and that is how all this started? I heard the vocal testimony of the news caster on the radio. So, was that not real evidence? I am confused...

If you are wondering why he got out on bail, they'll let criminals out of jail for large sums of money and expect them to show up for their pre-trials, trials and arraignments (but you know that!).
