best NPC combo

My character is a Monk, what is the best combo of NPC?

And just to start a debate what if you where playing a

- Fighter

- Druid/cleric

- Mage

what would be the best combo's then?

If so, take Yoshimo. Seriously.

Take Jaheira also - she has good dialogue, and the best romance (complexity-wise).

Ok, we have a Monk, a Thief, and a Fighter/Druid.
You want a Mage.

Take Edwin - he's evil, but you're Neutral, so it's fine.
Edwin is mighty. He's also the wittiest NPC, and has the funniest quest...

As a beginner, you'll want some more melee power.
There is a big variety - you can pick either Mazzy (damn good archer!), Korgan (a tank and a half), Valygar (and dual-wield Celestial Fury and something), or Keldorn (an Inquisitor is an amazing mage-killer).

The sixth slot is free - take whomever you like. [img]smile.gif[/img]

Jaheira, "We must preserve the Balance!"
Minsc, "Boo likes to balance nuts on his nose."
Cernd, "Nature is balanced."
Jan Jansen, "I once had to balance on an unicycle while juggling turnips, and..."
Haer's Dalis, "I hope my voice is balanced today."

Me and Jaheira? It is a personal thing, but I will not let personal bias stop me from saying she can be a good combatant.

I mean, if jcompton's friend can make their DbG mod include an option where the PC and the guide can take turns to throw things at Jaheira until she dies, I will be a very happy gamer. [img]tongue.gif[/img]
