What bothers me most about Bush is he is preoccupide with violence. He is not smart enough nor is his cabinet to solve a problem peacefully. Peaceful solutions are much harder to win but they last much longer. Who do we invade next? North Korea, Chetznea or just anyone who we want to because our might makes right. There are terrorist cells in a great deal of nations, do we invade all of them. I'm sorry but the United States was not in grave enough danger to send our men and women to die. They should be protecting the United States not being sent to die because something might happen and Bush is so Stupid he can't figure out how to make our country safe without killing thousands of people. Bush bothers me because he is so stubborn he doesn't know when to admit he is wrong. That's very scarry! His whole platform is war and look at what I am going to do. His entire speech spoke of nothing noteworthy he has done in his presidency. He mentioned "no child left behind" which is the biggest joke I've seen. He has no idea what he is doing to edjucation.

I'm sorry Felix but a handfull of misguided people is no excuse to go to war. How can you be sure we won't invade others? Bush did not show good judgement this time and he doesn't seem to have learned anything from it. There is always going to be groups who threaten the United States. These are just minute groups compared to the population we should be smart enough to stop them without invading other nations. We had plenty of evidence for 9/11 but nobody put it together. If we spend more time interpreting the intelligence instead of fighting a war we have no business being in less people will die. War affects a great deal more people than just the ones fighting in it and we should not be so hasty to jump to that conclutsion like bush did.
I don't see how you can say we are fighting for freedom of speech. Our freedom was not in jeoperdy and still isn't. And that is not because we are fighting over seas but because this few people have not the resources to take that away from us. We are a much stronger nation than that. Showing our strength through peace is the best example of democracy we can put out there.

These people are terrorist, loyalist, and really don't give a rat's backside about you, me, or peace! Their motive is against anything that we the free Democratic world want them to have. When they hit us, they hit hard, and straight at the heart. They are of the same breed as those that took the school in Russia. One in the same. They STRIVE for weakness. If you recall, saddam hussein always had a gun, and always fired it while in public. That was his sign of, I'm still in charge. In their eyes we are the infidels. We are weak, and as long as we are weak they will continue to take their pot shots. If we waiver, and allow direct engagement of them to fall into recess, then they will take that sign of weakness and exploit it to it's maximum. That is why we MUST prevail in this skirmish. If we throw up our hands and say, hey, let's go to the peace table, it won't be long before we will have fully operating cells right here in the homeland. These people cannot be compared to the Free and Democratic society that you know.
I'm not saying we are fighting for freedom of speech! I said: Quote:
The count as of 1 Sep is 1106. That number means a lot more to me, than just; one thousand, one hundred, six. I knew some of them personally, and even more professionally. We cannot allow their sacrifice to go for naught.

Bush missed his opportunity to solve this peacefully when he told our troops to invade. We now have to be there because of his shortsightedness and impatients. These people are fanatics you're right, so no matter what we do we will not change their minds. But we can change the mind of the public in a positive or negetive way and right now it is negetive. All we've done is increase terroristic activity.
The count is a lot more than 1106. Plenty more civilians have been killed as well as people from other nations. Peaceful leaders are much stronger in the worlds eye than aggresive ones.

So, Felix, we should invade and occupy every country where radical Muslims live? If not, then which ones? Why Iraq, which begat fewer terrorist than many of her neighbors? Why not Saudi or Syria, where the people really hate us? Why the one country that was pacified and was where we had a constant patrol? Convenience?
