Try www.ulead.com, they've got a trial version of GIF animator you can use for 90 days. It's not great, but it's free.

Otherwise do a google search with "GIF Animator" and "Macintosh" as the keywords. [img]smile.gif[/img]

If there anyway You can fix that it would be kewlies.... and also can you move the elf with the lightning under its feet over to the edge of the text

I used BAMWorkshop from TeamBG to change them to GIFS [img]smile.gif[/img] It was easy with the right tools

Before we all get too excited in making animated gif sigs, let's just remember 2 things:

1. animated gif sigs take up more KB than inanimate gif sigs (Glorfy's new one is 151Kb, which is just over the limit).

2. if there are heaps of animations they will take a lot longer with people on dial-ups (yes there are still some

) to download the pages

So please be conscious of the size restrictions (both in sq. cms and in Kb) so it doesn’t take people 5+ minutes just to view your fabulous sigs.

Im on 24KB dialup and it isnt slowing it down at all

Hmm, ok.
First of all, will you have the Lanthorn in front or behind the text? Or wont you have it at all? I cant remove it's grey shadow.
Next, what do you meen to the edge of the text? Outside the text, on the top-edge of the text, or what? There are many edges. [img]smile.gif[/img] Or do you meen like Memnoch has it?

Hmm If ya could Exxon Leave the Lanthorn and move the elf and flashy stuff over to the right of the sig... past the writing [img]smile.gif[/img] ... and would you mind outlining the writing with a thin black line

.... If ya could that would be great [img]smile.gif[/img] ... but that would probably make it to big in kb size
