If NWN even approaches the non-linear quality of the early chapters in BG2 and the NPC interaction, I'll be delighted. DS' joy fled quickly: it played like an infinitely extended Diablo with extraordinarily beautiful graphics.

...But yes, Morrowind is truly a remarkable game. I'm playing the preview now, and it may prove the biggest boost to the RPG market since BG.

Whoa! Fable are you writing a preview of Morrowind for a gaming site?

I think it's just the fact that NWN is going to have all that level editing and stuff...

If any of you didn't know there is a world editor shipping with Morrowind, too. Only difference is, is there is no multiplayer, which is okay with me!

Oh, and in answer to the original question - what do I expect from NWN compared to DS :

LESS HANG TIME WOULD BE A STUPENDOUS ****ING IMPROVEMENT FOR STARTERS!!!

The reason I'm expecting more from NWN, personally, is that it should (according to what is said, anyway, I think) be more of an RPG, while DS is more of a hack & slash game. They're both good games, it just depends on what you like... I got DS, and personally I'm actually a bit disappointed by the simplicity of the characters (stats and things, as well as combat tactics), but that's just how it seems to me. I can definitely see how people could love the game. Hmm... my point remains, however...

DIVINE DIVINITY

Sorry, I just need to force people here to play it... Err... on a side note... does anyone have any suggestions with that 30 second error? I reloaded some 15 or so times, and I couldn't get more than halfway through the post...
