Well I slipped on the bottom three steps outside our house. It's swollen up and throbbing quite a bit, and like I say - I'm not sure if I can make it to bed [img]tongue.gif[/img]

Ouch! Swollen and throbbing eh? Try alternating hot and cold - icepack followed by heatpad. It helps stimulate bloodflow and will reduce swelling.
