Nicotine use forces the growth of brain cells that do nothing but enjoy nicotine. The more you smoke, the more brain cells you create craving nicotine. It's a never ending cycle.

I have an interesting story to post about my 13 year old son's experimentation with cigarettes, but I'll wait to post it until I'm completely sober..lol.
BTW, some will label me a child abuser for my technique
