I been in the sewers! In the temple district (The Eye-cult) but and in the slum district... are there more sewers? Where can he be?

upper right side there should be 2 secret doors one on the left goes to where Haer'dalis is.

yeah it's in the temple district sewers at the north near the middle of the map near were you fight that adventurering party that want your gold. There's two secret doors there, in the left one there is a mages lair were Haer'Dalis is imprisioned.

You will know you are in the right area because there will be a wizard that will want you to get him an item from an Imp. After that he will give you Haer'Dalis. Or you can go to the five flagon inn and talk to the actors in the basement to get the quest started.
Take the actor way more EXP.
