My weak elf is now carrying all kinds of small stuff, mostly letters, notes etc. I don't dare to throw them away, on the other hand, is there really a need to carry them around after I read them?

You can always put them in a container and come back for them if you need them. Just remember which container you used.

I think the only scroll that's necessary (and only to forge an item) is the Crom Faeyr scroll. Most other non-spell scrolls can be dropped unless they are part of a quest. All the Shadow Thief message scrolls, etc., are not really necessary other than to give BIG BROAD HINTS that there is another rival guild trying to recruit them (like DUHHH)

We need to find Charlie's Shoppe of Shite and rebump it for an extremely humorous look at some of the more frequent unnecessary items in the game.

Also, if you have some scroll or other that you feel the need to tote around, you can usually just stick it in a Scroll Case, no matter what kind of scroll (note, letter, etc) it is. I think you can even stick full-sized books in there.

U can buy a score case from a dude in front of a mage's house in the docks district. The mage is a guy that Edwin wants you to kill for him.The house is the one above the harper stronghold house.(something like that)
