Help with installing files

Sorry this is probably going to sound like a newbie question, but what do you mean when you say 'extract the files to the override'?

I know all about the extraction etc. but what is this override and where do I find it?

There is a sub folder called "override" in the main directory of wherevr it is you installed BG2.

For instance, if you installed BG2 to c:\games\bg2, then look teh path to the override folder would be c:\games\bg2\override.

Usually, it is located at C:\Programfiles\Black Isle\BGII-SoA\override.

If you really want to get nit-picky, the default location is,

C:\Program Files\Black Isle\BGII - SoA\override

Mine is swamped with all the mod overrides.
