Hey, it's a good old plot device
 The Shadow King sits in the camp and eyes the werewolves. At a mental signal, 2 burly Shadow being burst out of the forest. With an appearance akin to shadowy Umber Hulks and 4 arms they pile into the nearest Werewolves, grappling, crushing and breaking |

"I'm just glad my axe can kill somthing again" Hogarth says as he beheads a werewolf. Just as the group think the battle is won, some trolls come over to help the wolfweres, thinking that there is food to take. "Damn, not more of them" shouts Aganther. Noticing that everyone looks hurt, StoneRock casts a mass cure on the party. |

The Shadowking reaches out with his mind and touches the minds of the trolls "I thought as much - they're being controlled just as the werewolves were" The 2 Darklings have gone back into the forest The Shadowking raises a pall of darkness that covers the area. Under this cover, the group enter the forest with thet trolls fumbling about in the magical darkness |

*Damn, I forgot Betty*, ReGiN screams as he's on his way to safety..
*I cannae leave her behind!* He starts running back to the camp, despite the desperate cries from his fellow adventurers.. *Heya Betty, don't worry, we'll soon be out of here*, he says as he starts to untie her reins.. *AARRRGHHH!! CRUSH DWARF!!* ReGiN turns around and faces a giant troll, on the way towards him.. When the troll is close to him and raises his club, ReGiN runs between his legs, and cuts the troll at the kneecaps.. The huge troll screams out with anger, but reGiN is already on his way out on betty... *Pheew, close on...aye Betty?*
