Can I do anything with Bodhi's heart?

If you're not in a romance, no.

If you ARE in a romance, and your romantic interested got "vampirized" by Bodhi, here's what you do:

1. Pick up both your lover's body and Bodhi's Heart.

2. Go talk to the Monks at the Temple of Oghma in the Docks District. They'll refer you to the Bookseller in Umar Hills.

3. Go talk to the Bookseller in Umar Hills (the one inside, not the Human Flesh Armor contact). He'll ramble on and on, but will finally give enough clues to let you know what to do.

Go back to the Temple Ruins where you defeated the Shade Lord. Go into the temple, and across the floor tiles that spell out A-M-A-U-N-A-T-O-R to where you find a shrine of Amaunator. Place your lover's body (Viconia, Anomen, Aerie, or Jaheira) in the shrine's arms, along with Bodhi's heart, and they'll be restored.

No, robohobo, I do not think you can do that. You do not pick up Yoshimo's body, and the only thing you can do (in my knowledge) is give it to a temple of illmater and get 20000 experience points.

Actually, that's 200,000 XP, not just 20,000...a whopping amount!
