Weird Errors with Anomen (possible spoilers?)

First off, Hi, I'm new here.

Let me explain the problem I've been having, and maybe, hopefully, someone knows of a fix for it. I've been playing, I have Anomen in my party. I have the romance going. I did the "right" things with his sister, he passed his Knighthood test, and I was very proud of myself.

The problem I'm having is that the game seems to constantly be forgetting which quests I've already completed with him. At one point Anomen yelled at me for not bothering to rescue the child from Firkraag. I checked, and that was in fact listed under quests I've completed. I've played a bit further, I once again talked Anomen out of taking vengeance on Saerk. Then I run into Sir Ryan Trawl, informing me that it's time for Anomen to go and take his test. He's already part of the Order of the Radiant Heart! He is already Sir Anomen, and his alignment is Lawful Good.

Is there a fix for this? Or am I going to have to risk pissing him off, or actually do all this stuff with the Order over again? And this makes me wonder if he's going to repeat himself as far as the romance plotline, and if I'm going to have to chase after him YET AGAIN when he runs off to kill Saerk.

Please, please, please someone tell me this can be fixed. I'll be incredibly grateful.

hmmm, this sounds like a bug. Can you go a savegame back and try that again ? Maybe it works fine then. Anyway, welcome at IW, hope you enjoy your stay.

Anomen, by himself, is an Anomaly.

dont worry, he did that too me to. He said the frikrag thing when i clicked on the talk button and clicked on him. Try going back in the dungeon or in the area if he keeps going it. He never said any of that to me on his own though.. i dont know about the knighthood tests though. sorry

Thanks for the input. Anomen is really a headache. As for the mention of his test to join the order of the Radiant Heart, I just went back to a previous save, and walked past without talking to Sir Ryan Trawl when I saw him. I'm hoping it doesn't come up again.

Are the other romantic interests in the game as high maintenance as he is? He's really hard to please. [img]smile.gif[/img]
