Hi Ziroc,

I do agree with Bilqis that what is missing is a feature that indicates "new replies to a thread". Wasn't there one (red folders) in the very beginning ?

Thanks !

Just a thought

I agree with Ertai on this, you wouldn't have split traffic in that case. When BG2.5 comes out I would integrate it in with BG2.

Well Ziroc here i am again !!

I was thinking (!) that if you are going to gather the game threads with their expansion threads, you could as well remove the polls thread, as it seems that only a few people check it and most of the polls are posted here in the general thread.

And you could create an Item, Spells creation as it seems that there are lots of posts about this (just look at the BG2 forum).

Just 2 thoughts

This is just a thought, and I am not sure just how difficult it might be to do.
I don't know if it has been suggested yet, but I would really like to see a section devoted to Polls which rely on figures...

I have tried to create an example of what I am wanting to do... but I don't know how it will go

But I don't think it is working yet... damnit
You get the idea though right?

Tried to go to the site and try your poll. Hmmmmm. Not sure how you set it up, but the data isn't transferring correctly. Did you set up the code to use public variables, or are they set up to use private ones. If you try to pass arguements across classes without using public variables, it can be rather difficult. Best bet is to run with a global. I know it's a "sin" to use globals, but since you are only running a poll, it shouldn't matter. Good luck to you.

Did you look at samples of the code listed on the page that you found it. That probably has what you want there. It's not enough to just have the code, you have to have plug-ins or html primer to use it. It's a great idea though. If you work with it some, I'm sure you'll get it to work the way you want.
