First game stopping bug

Ive read someone else had the same problem on the typhoon boards.

In the tomb of fathien there is a room where you get an artifact. when you walk in the door closes and you have to fight a lich and a lot of skeletons and the door closes behind you. when you kill them all the door opens

Heres the bug, i saved inside that room, and when i restored the save even when i killed the lich the door didnt open. There is a similar bug you can experience in the trial of the elders in arindale, if you save you cant get out of the room./\
well the bug is game stopping no way out of the room, and my last save was before fathien keep. The dungeon itself is a blast but im not really looking forward to going through it all again so Im taking a break,

anyhow fair warning, there are some bugs that can stop the game

Ya i took the opportunity to just skip fathien keep and try to do the knight and paladin quests first, and be a little higher level when i get there so I can just whoop ass through it faster when its time. I picked up some different quests in the bolen fields

Hmmmm ... for some reason I didn't experience this bug.

Did you have it pre or post patch?

this is post patch. did you save in the crypt where the aiges sp is? and load that save? Im not the only one it happened to.
