Serious glitch in VTM-Bloodlines

I stood real close to the boat and started the console. The game did not freeze, so I put in god first, and then the rest. I didn't loose anything.

Somehow i can't seem to start the console, and i did everything exactly like they described it. I left a space between exe and -console, but it doesn't do anything.

And how do you go into godmode ?

Just type god. Is your -console behind the " sign and a space further? It should be. Here's mine: "D:\Program Files\Activision\Vampire - Bloodlines\vampire.exe" -console

Yeah, that's exactly what mine says too, except the console doesn't come up.

It should appear just as you enter the menu first time when you run the game anytime.(I know, not a really clear sentence). Hmm... Weirdness.

ive beat the game twice now
not had that happen to me
i duno why some have this problem
some bugs i did notice however were:
at the giovanni mansion 2 dialogues of the piano girls speach are not audible

the hollywoood baron never seems to know that i explored a certain spot

various framerate/sound glitches because my computer isnt fast enough/have enough ram

dont seem to get a monetary or item reward for placing the network hubs (do get a lot of xp tho)

stealth doesnt seem to work correctly; my first game i had no dexterity or stealth and i was not detected as easily as my second game where i had 2 pts of dex and 2 pts of stealth

using obfuscate discipline seems to not make me completely undetectable - a lot of vampires are able to see right through me.

occasionally the character will get stuck in 3rd person mode and game needs a restart in order to get back into first person.

Okay, i managed to get the console working, but as soon as i start typing the commands, the console dissapears again, leaving me empty handed once again. What am i doing wrong now ?

I was away for the weekend, of I would have pointed you guys in the right direction sooner...

What do you mean johny the console dissapear?

Go in the game, do everything, stand next to the boat, press ~ to open the console, then enter the console commands.

The console kept dissapearing as soon as i started typing, but i finally got it to work. I didn't receive any XP though, or do i have to wait until i reported back to Lacroix ? I did get a raise in humanity though, which i desperately needed.

I can't believe i had to go through all this trouble to keep on playing, any more of these tropical surprises that i should know of ?

This was "the biggest bug in the game". That about 50% of players got. The problem is that when in the loading, the game look in the wrong place to know if you're a malk, because malk appear in the sewers. It doesn'T see the info it's looking for, so it crash.

I think you're over all the bugs now.
