My list:

1) Knights of the Old Republic 2.
The first part is still one of my favorite games, and since the sequel is being made by Obsidian, it just might be better then the original.
2) Rome: Total War
Already available, but I'll wait 'till the end of the month before buying it. As Caesar said: Give the students food and games. But food (and the rent) are still on top of my list.
3)DragonShard
The new D&D RTS/RPG. This is going to be great.

Definitely Neverwinter Nights 2. NWN wasn't that good a SP game(in my opinion) but the sequel is being developed by Obsidian Entertainment, the company where the Black Isle Studios' members went after being dumped by Interplay. The SP campaign is bound to be far superior to that of its predecessor.

Vampire: Bloodlines, from the creators of Arcanum, also sounds very interesting.

I have no doubt that Elder Scrolls IV will also prove to be an amazing game. In my opinion, from a certain perspective, Morrowind was probably the closest to the Perfect RPG that anyone's gotten before. It was a revolutionary RPG, but it was lacking in some important aspects.

Almost forgot: FALLOUT 3!

Great times ahead of us all, CRPGers!

Ohh yeah, but they will bothe be out either end of this year, or early next year, and I too will definantly be getting them, along with GTA:San Andreas when it comes out on PC on the 12th of never, ohh and Half-life 2.

But the one game that I have been waiting for, for at least a year now is Starcraft:Ghost.
