Well i finally have it! It`s good but still some things suck sooooooo much. They should keep the moves where you pressed D in WC 2002 and a player slid and save the ball before the out line. Or when you pressed E and you could dribble. It was more realistic but now that is gone.(It was already gone in 2003) Relly sucks....so does anyone know how to dribble?

I have played the PS2 version. to me it's sucks too compared to FIFA2003. Players movement is sooooooooooooooo slow like a snail. There's nothing to do but pass pass pass the ball. And even at easiest difficulty the game is unbelievably hard!

I rather stick to playing FIFA2003.

If its so slow, why not just simply increase the speed?

The last soccer sim I played was Fifa 2002 on the PsOne which I loved quite a bit despite the commentary getting a bit repetitive after awhile. Having the choice of so many leagues was awesome!
But I had my first shot at Fifa2003 on the Ps2 at friends recently and wasn't as impressed as I thought I would be. I was fairly disappointed that they took out the ability to alter the players and make your own teams as from 2002. Having said that, mastering the game play was a good challenge and made me wistful again for my ol' psOne...

Year after year they say the game is new and improved. They advertise how realistic the players moves have become, but every time it's a big dissapointment. None of what they say is true, and basically they reinvent the same crappy game year after year. I saw another footballgame the other day that DID have realistic player moves, but i forgot the name of the creators. But it sure wasn't EA.

For us Dutchies the game has been extra dissapointing, since our national footballassociation KNVB asked too much money for copyright and stuff, so EA simply ignored the Dutch league. The KNVB must have had a lot of critics, because the Dutch league made it's come back in FIFA 2004. That's about the only positive thing for me about the game. It still sucks though.

You probably mean Konami and Pro Evloutuion Soccer 3! It is very realistic but there are no real teams becuase only EA has the licence for that. IMHO they should combine the realsiem from PES and other things from FIFA and it should be a perfect game.

Yeah, Konami made that game. The screenshots look very good, and the gameplay must be heaven, according to all reviews i've read. Too bad they don't have real teams and players like you say, that takes away almost everything that makes the game interresting. I once had a hockey game like that. I believe it as Actua Hockey or some such, after 1 game i uninstalled it, playing with fantasy teams and fantasy players sucks.

Ah, the Pro Evolution Soccer series - nothing comes close.

I play Pro Evo 2 religiously despite the lack of licenses and other things which make the FIFA franchise so popular. Once you look beyond PES2's initial faults and discover its realistic, yet rewarding gameplay, you will be hooked.

Pro Evolution Soccer 3 I felt was rather a dissapointment. Don't get me wrong, it's by far the greatest in the series but has a bug, the infamous "stutter bug" which greatly effects the fluidity of the game.

Stutter Bug: in game, a frame skips and thus results in the screen to appear to "stutter." Some people don't notice it but it's there.
