Its got a release date, and its Jan 14th. Can't wait, i've looked at everything they posted, and it seems awesome. But they forgot a key item SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS DAMMIT.

I have a feeling that its going to require a pentium 12 with 200 gigs of hard drive space and a 50 gigahertz processor. I saw the game being advertised at Wal Mart but wasnt too sure about wether or not to get it. I'm one of the old fogies that played the original when it came out . Now that was a classic game .

I have been DYING for this game--it's Sim City 4 (not 4000)

It has night time, lights come on, traffic is REALLY simulated.. It looks awesome! You're right about the requirements.. they will be steep.

I can't wait for this one either, i'm still playing Simcity 3000, and even 2000, and i could go for a new version by now.

I just got Simcity 4 today, and it's sluggish on a P4 2.4Ghz... not BAD, but still.. come ON!

Anyway, the game engine is MUCH better.. more soon! It's 2 CD's and a good manual. (I also have the pre-order CD with freebees).

BTW, Airplanes leave contrails now.. looks SO real!

Yeah, I'm waiting for the price to go down (and for my dad to get his new computer). Anyways, it seems awesome. Have fun Ziroc.
