I have just completed (or I thought so anyway) the cloudcleaver quest. I killed the nord and saved the healer, yet the quest still appears in my quest log. Is this a bug? There really doesn't seem to be anything else to do with this.

If you walk further away, you'll see another naked nord. it look like the so called damsel in distress like to undress nords.

kakero, arent most nords in temperate weather relatively naked... i mean, you see quite a few nords who are a bit exhibitionist for me to believe that they ALL got robbed by the witch.

The book 'The Children of the Sky' states that the more north you go in Skyrim, the more powerful its people become and the less they need protection from the elements in form of clothing and shelter. So I imagine that once you get up to permafrost every Nord there will be frolicking around in the snow completely naked.
