How do I get into this place? I casted a spell to open (yup it had a magnitude of 100) and it wont budge. So is there a different way in? Is there a key? And most importantly, does the palace have much good loot? I just emptied the hlaalu treasury and I don't think anything will top that
 By the way, are there any more treasuries or vaults that need my assisstance?

No loot in the palace, just a weirdo.
And yes, there are other vaults, all three great houses have a treasury, so if you've found only one so far, you still have two others to raid. Btw, it IS possible to enter the palace with a spell or with a lockpick. That's how i entered it the first time.
