I'm curious how folks playing Bloodmoon are getting along in the game. Mainly gameplay itself. I've noticed a number of comments about an even greater reduction on gameplay performance than before installing Bloodmoon. Someone mentioned unloading the Tribunal expansion to free up memory resources which makes sense, but I've not tried yet.
The game seems a bit buggy to me though and from what I've seen on the Elderscrolls forum I'm not alone.
I've had the game crash on me a number of times, and I've not had that problem with the original and Tribunal. Also I had the game lock up my pc completely forcing a manual shutdown and reboot. Pretty hard to do on an XP system. I've now experience some problems with a number of programs since the game caused that. Right now I'm holding on the game and waiting for a patch to be released which apparently is on the way.

I found no big problems. Yes, the game crashes, but in fact it crashes less than it used to do before . I didn't notice performance problems.
There are some little bugs concerning the quests, but nothing really terrible. Simply one of the NPC who was following me got stuck and had to reset it by console, but it could have happened in Morrowind.

The real disappointment comes from the werewolf... it's weak and pretty much impossible to play at maximum difficulty. I expected a sense of invulnerability like that you get with the vampire, but in fact I felt weak.

I ADORE Bloodmoon. It hasn't crashed on me once and is infinitely more entertaining than Mournhold.

Doin' good.... when I don't have a small child on my lap trying to steal the keyboard or the mouse!!! Since when did 18-month-olds need their own computers?!!! (since they started stealing Mommy's!)

Am/was enjoying Bloodmoon, finished the main quest but am stuck on the trading co.'s quest to talk to Graring... am hunting around but it doesn't look like anyone else has gotten that far yet... (of course, I just got here tonight, so I could be wrong)

How's by both of you, A.J. & Mouse?

Bloodmoon annoys me cause the snow really slows down the computer. I also haven't really gotten into the main quest that much. However, it's cool, and less depressing than Morrowind.

anyone know what the suggested level for bloodmoon is? as my char is only level 2 i belive (its got boring with my level 57 char) and i'm just thinking of running off to complete the game (skipping most of the main quest is fun)

I'll be getting Bloodmoon on monday and I'm looking forward to it, but I read in a review that the main quest in Tribunal will be broken when Bloodmoon is installed (something about the communication).

Is that true?
