xbox doesn't really have a problem with missing npc's. They just move sometimes to weird places. Like the silt strider guy in balmora fell off the platform and now he's on the ground

that happened to me as well, only in Ald Ruhn, and not on Xbox...no big problem, anyway.

We on PC can type RA in the console to reset actors.
