no i should have said i only fortified my intelegence that high for a short space of time, plenty for making the enchanted items i wanted.

I read from somewhere in gamefaqs that if you make your intelligence really really high. you can virtually create a fortify any stat potion that have an insane amount of duration that can last your entire game.
I never tested this though. |
