I thought you could make moon sugar by doing these three steps.
1: Obtain Moonsugar
2:Find good skooma pipe
3: Find empty vile
Why you say, cuz an empty vile looks like skooma, good skooma pipe, I hope I don't have to say the correlation, and the the pipe acts as an alembic. It was worth a shot.

But seriously, here's a great hint for finding the best person that will buy skooma ONLY! He's (or it) in an orcish manner, in a town where there is much fuss between the Imperials and one Great House.

You forgot to mention that that's a plugin. Or is he (it) originally there too ?

Let me get this straight... we're talking about the creepertrader mod here, right ? So you're saying he's originally in that house in Caldera ? How much cash does he have without the mod ?
