Here are two pictures of the character I have been using since the game came out. These pictures were taken shortly after finishing the main quest a few months ago. Anyway the point of posting is to show that I am indeed wearing Indoril armor and still do since I've invested so much time with the game and it is the best medium armor I can find. When I started the game almost a year ago, I had no idea it would be a problem with Ordinators. As a result I do have to deal with them. Strange thing is sometimes they ignore me and sometimes they attack. The only real problem is when 2 high ordinators attack me at once. That gets a little hairy. One shot is without robe to show the armor in full. Note no Indoril Greaves, but Orcish. Also wielding the Ice Blade of the Monarch, one of the premier two handed swords in the game. The other shot shows me wielding Keening and wearing Wraithguard as well (of course).

I stand corrected again. The high ordinators wear Her Hands Armor.

He looks... like quite a bad-ass... but the thing I am most interested in is really not him... but the water. It looks really good, much more realistic than in my game... how come? Is it a mod or something?

the water looks like that in my game too.

here's a glitch with indoril armor, if you have a companion, and you give your companion to wear indoril armor, when you talk to any ordinator, they won't attack your companion.

I like the water texture but I kinda hate it when the seawater is crystal clear as well. I mean the seawater texture should be at least blue in colour.

Not really sure what to tell you. Maybe it's the version of your video driver. If you have a ti4600, then you should be seeing the "sheen" of the water. Make sure you have all effects enabled in the game.
If you're running an old video driver, you might try upgrading it.
I recommend 40.72 whql driver which can still be found at guru3d.com or the new 43.00 beta driver from there. For the record I'm still running Directx 8 and have not installed DX9 yet. No need to.

Nope, it's just how water looks in my game. When it's raining you can see rain drops falling in the water as well.
I have an ATI radeon 8500.

I see raindrops too... but really the water in my game is like... a big, flat, blurry mass of... jelly? I'll fetch a screenie someday.
