Might work, Hive. Good thinking.

I know pissing him off will only result in him either killing one of you guys or die in the process of trying to kill one of you guys. He has already shown that with the earlier street brawl.

Well Larry if your character is really based off of Riddick then I know things which can make him do stuff.

I saw the Chronicles of Riddick two weeks ago.

About the costs of the spells for Zevin and Ghar Dien.

I'm going to redesign the magic system so for the moment the costs are removed.

The magic system I feel has been too complex so far, so in order to simplify things here is the new system to calculate the costs of spells.

For non-specialist casters the spells cost the square of their level, so:

Level_______________Cost

1_______________1
2_______________4
3_______________9
4_______________16
5_______________25
6_______________36
7_______________49
8_______________64
9_______________81
10______________100

For specialist casters spells from their specialization cost the same as a spell of one lower would cost. Level 1 spells remain at a cost of 1.

Level_______________Cost
1_______________1
2_______________1
3_______________4
4_______________9
5_______________16
6_______________25
7_______________36
8_______________49
9_______________64
10______________81

Spells from the school they don't specialize in cost the same as a spell from two levels higher.

Level_______________Cost
1_______________9
2_______________16
3_______________25
4_______________36
5_______________49
6_______________64
7_______________81
8_______________100
9_______________121
10______________144

This means that Zevin's level 2 specialist spell cost 1 MP, and Ghar Dien's non-specialist level 4 spell cost 36 MP.

Sorry for the confusion and I hope that this system is easier to use.

An explanation of what the memory loss caused to Jonal: he has lost all memories prior to his 25th birthday, but remembers everything which has happened after that.

There is a problem with this. If you have removed the first 25 years of memories from Jonal, then you have essentially taken away the experience he would have relied on to successfully complete the task. The memories he is left with will not get the job done, nor will his self-confidence be in tack. He is no longer of value to the Dreamweaver.
