OOC>>>I am trying to keep the time the same for both teams. Keep that in mind as you see me trying to keep everything together.

Larry

Larry was satisfied with this answer, and pressed no further. He ate heartily and when he was done, they all chatted late into the night. Then he figured it was time for sleep. (time=12am, midnight).

"I am more than ready to get some shut-eye now. May I be shown to where I will sleep the night?"

=================================================
Candle Team
The time was now midnight by the alignment of the stars...and time for Silt to awaken Roderik for the next watch.

Post accordingly.

By the way, if somebody is not asleep, you must PM me to let me know, unless you make this known to everyone in a post. If you are asleep, fine.

Silt 80/80

Silt slowly got up and moved over quietly to where Roderik was sleeping, he tapped him on the shoulder a couple of times and waited for him to wake.

Thanking Liam on his way into the room, he looked at the pregnant cat as it followed him in." now arent you the smart little cat for keeping an eye on me " he whispered to the cat as he eyed the room. This liam is an odd one, much to do with cat's and me thinks he may be part cat himself. He bears the same scent that these do sniffing the bed a bit his thought is a bit more confirmed. ah well so what if he isnt all that he seems to be, Mom wasnt either; and some of her friends, oh my his thoughts drifted off as he looked at the variuous tapestries and the other workings about room. "In a past life my little friend I would have had that lock picked and the cabinet emptied, I am however a changed man and one for the better me thinks" he said to the cat again as he bent over to pick the cat up by its nape and then cradled the cat in his arms and started to smooth its coat."What do you say to some down time, I bet you like that bed, and it does look very inviting." Walking over to the bed he sat down on it and felt the firmness of the matress, with a relieved sigh he set the cat down on the bed and reached down to undo his boots. After getting them off he undid his breast plate, and leaned back on the bed. Realizing he couldnt get to comfy with his sword on he took that off and rested it next to himself, weapon at the ready but relaxed none the less. He soon drifted off to sleep with cat curled up next to him on the bed.

Rodie

With a confused look the bard began speaking in a strange accent, in an unknown language, as he glanced about fightened, he then grabbed Silt by the tunic and began loudly whispering some strange words, a fear induced craze apparent behind his eyes. After a few seconds of this the bard blinked a few times, and released the elf, "Excuse me, I'm not myself, I've been having nightmares for some time now, sometimes while waking. I fear it has had a rather... negative effect on my behavior among the party."

He propped himself up on his elbow, "My turn at watch eh, Thank you for waking me, I'll be ok, I just need to brew some tea, it helps calm my nerves."

He looks at Liam after the tigeress pads off and smiles. "It's alright Liam. Most of the Animals I come across either run or take offence to Dragons. It's nothing I'm unaccustomed to."

Arcades lays his head down on his front paws, his scales soaking up the sunlight while the cats play with Kaylisa. The great dragon finally takes time to relax for awhile.

Silt 80/80

Silt was shocked at Roderiks behaviour, but was glad when he came back to his senses. They definately needed to talk. "Its ok, Il make the tea, and Il keep watch with you, I think we need to talk, you can tell me about these nightmares, maybe we can figure out why you keep having them, or a way to combat it. Hang on Il go and make the tea"

Silt makes the tea on the dwindling fire, and goes back to Roderik, hands him it, and then sits down, waiting to see what he had to see.

ooc curses foiled again. btw are you still travelling on foot?

IC:Roderik

"I appreciate the sentiment, but it's not something I'm prepared to discuss, but rest assured, once this delivery is completed my mind will be more at ease, and I will be more ready to discuss my... personal issues."

The musician pulled on his chain shirt, inhaling the scent of well oiled metal as he withdrew several daggers from various folds of cloth and began a rythmic, almost hypnotic juggling pattern, keeping two, then three, four, and finally five in the air constantly while he sat casually under the rocky overhang. He kept his one eye on Silt as he prepared the tea and cursed himself for slipping up, sleeping was one of his weak moments, and before he regained full awareness his "passenger" had nearly full control of his actions. Never for long enough to do any noticable damage, but it usually took some quick thinking to explain away the strangeness.

ooc: Larry the last bit of exposition is mostly for your sake (as written in my background hehe)

Andrion Wilgor 47/60

Andrion woke up from his sleep to the voice of Roderik speaking in some strange language. Unmoving Andrion opened an eye and looked around. He saw Roderik and Silt talking to each other. It was still the middle of the night then. He was just about to close his eyes again and fall back to sleep, when he saw Roderik juggling daggers. His interest aroused Andrion closed his eyes to slits only and continued watching Roderik's actions.

OOC: Larry if you don't agree with Andrion waking, then feel free to delete this post.

She declines the offer of food gracefully, and lays on Arcade's back, playing with the cats as she gazes into the sky, her eyes glowing a soft silver thoughtfully...
