Knowing he couldnt just let the man stand and plan he launched himself forward activating his Fist implants then yelling, "Blue," He hoped this shot would be able to stop him.

Needing time to ponder on this new development in the situation, Regicide and Bakilas ran and hid behind an abandoned vehicle.
"That cannon is ready to fire!"- Regicide stated.
"Yes, and this one will be also. We must stop them. Fast!"- Bakilas answered, pointing at the first cannon.
"It will take at least ten more minutes for this cannon to prepare, and that one will be fully ready in two. If I can get to that cannon in time, I just might be able to cause an explosion that will destroy the duplicate island. You shut this one down. I'll come help once I'm finished. OK?"-Regicide asked. He took out his backpack from his suitcase.
"How do you think you'll be able to shut that cannon down in two minutes, alone, and then come help me?"- Bakilas seemed insulted.
"I won't be alone. I'll help me. You will too."- Regicide said with a slight grin on his face.
"Cover me?"- Regicide asked.
"Sure!" -Bakilas answered, readying his rota-cannon and grenades.
Regicide ran for the edge of the island, away from the conflict that erupted once Bakilas threw the first grenade. Bullets flew past, but Regicide couldn't be bothered, he had a job to do. His backpack unfolded into an assortment of mechanical parts, which started connecting and clicking into place. Six metallic lines expanded from the construction on Regicide's back, and connected into a rough circle. Sparks and arcs flew as parts of the pack started glowing, pulsing. The rough circle was now energised and electric arcs danced on it's rimm. Regicide ran faster, clutching his plasma gun closely, hoping he'd have enough energy to fly over to the other island. He reached the edge and lurched himself high into the air. His grav manipulator now took hold of his trajectory and speed, directing him toward the duplicate cannon.

Regicide and Bakilas fought on the edge of the street, their enemies gaining ground, hoping to throw them off. There were at least twenty sodliers, everyone armed with heavied weaponry as the rota-cannon, vulcan or plasma pulsar.
regicide and Bakilas took turns to try and place a few well-aimed shots at the incoming guards. Bakilas emptied clip after clip out of his rota-cannon, now having many clips he picked up from the enemies' corpses. As he mowed down three or four guards he ducked as the guards focused thair fire on him. It was Regicide's turn, and as he was getting up to fire away he saw something he couldn't believe. He saw himself, behind the guards, mowing them down with the incapacitator. The guards panicked and started running around, shooting histerically. Regicide, the first one, opened fire as well and the pair quickly made short work of the guards. The street now being clear, the two Regicides started walking toward each-other, Bakilas eyeing them, puzzled look on his face.
"I thought you might need some help disabling the cannon, so I came to give you a hand." - Regicide said.
"How the hell... What are you... Where... Ah. I see. You left him"-Regicide said, pointing at Bakilas-"down there to take care of the other cannon."

Without delay another black hole opened up in the sky and a THIRD island dropped out of it, this one's cannon was glowing hot, and fired a blue beam within seconds of its appearance, this beam peirced through the building, shattering all of its glass windows, and within a second it was destroyed.

Kin, Bakilas, and Regicide could only look in horror as the police headquarters was destroyed. They grey haired man appeared directly behind regicide, tapping him on the back with his tentacles. "You realize that's just the begining..." he whispered in his ear "I'm going to take out the lylocks next..." as regicide turned to attack him, he noticed he was no longer there...

The island then began to thrust powerfully, causing everyone to fall over.

Meanwhile on the third higher island, the grey haired man appeared in the controll rooom. "What happened in the future?"

"A group of mercenaries tried to stop us or something, those guys that came with you... They almost blew the cannon so we were forced to flush the Zero poitn energy rods..."

"well then this city is of no use to me any more..."

"BUT... WE CAN STILL FIRE PLASMA!"

"Island 1 is going to be the plasma, you were supposed to be the Zero poitn energy!"

"C-cant they switch?"

"HAH! SWITCH! They've been charging up for quite a while now, all of these attacks MUST occur within the next hour, or else I'll never get that tube back, Im ordering you to self destruct!"

"I REFUSE! I'm still the captain of this island!"

"I'm afraid there is no government any longer by which your ranks can exist..."

The third island retracted its cannon, the city's lights dimmed, the skies were growing dark...

The grey haired man looked intot he sky... "thats peculear..." he then teleported to the second island.

"The army planted explosives on them, We're going to have to make another portal theyr'e going to ram the city"

The figure dodged the blue beam which shot throught he glass and then into the dark alley ahead of them , lighting it up with a bright blue color, Suddenly the train came to a stop, but the shot kept going, exploding down on the edge of the tracks, the screams of people could be heard.

The man looked mezmerized...

"It... ITS STARTED!"

He darted out of the doors and stood in the middle of the floor, then to Thorador's supprise he flew straight upward, through the ceilding, out of the building, into the air while screaming "IT'S GONNA HAPPEN AGAIN!!! NOT HERE! NOT NOW!!!"

the sky was begining to grow darker...

Thoragor slowly walked towards the hole and looked up. The man was gone, but more importantly he had failed. With nothing else to do he jumped out the window and began walking down the tracks, anyone who survived that blast would be suffering and that was at least one thing he could help. As he walked he turned on his comm-system. "Temporal Protectorate HQ, this is Thoragor requesting retrieval. I found one of the beings but he managed to escape, the sheer power he had... Adam is nowhere to be seen and it can be best assumed that he is dead. End transmission." Thoragor reached the end of the tunnel and there was a crowd gathered there. He looked at what they gathered by, it was a charred body. "I guess it doesnt matter what i do here now, all thats left is to wait for retrieval." Thoragor mumbled as he went and sat down on a bench.

The two Regicides and Bakilas started running towards the end of the island cliff, hoping to catch on to the first island below them. One of the Regicides had his backpack on and it opened, showing the same assortment of mechanical parts and their mechanics. Bakilas and the other Regicide saw that there is no way for them to escape the island. They stopped and turned to see behind them an explosion, raising the streets and eneveloping buildings. The grav manipulator equipped Regicide leaped off the island and his manupulator accelerated him to escape from the blast. The second island was destroyed in a blinding explosion, letting off a shockwave with a red ring. Regicide landed or, omre precisely, crashed on the first island right in front of the shocked Bakilas.
"Back so soon?"- Bakilas asked.
"Regicide you know died, but I'm back here." -REgicide answered, checking himself for any serious injuries.
"They ran off, the cannon has shut down and the enemy has left via shuttles."- Bakilas reported status.
Alone with Bakilas, once again, Regicide thought for a moment. He was trying to think up a reason to attack Lylocks right after destroying a police headquarters. It made no sence. The logical thing to do was to ally with one faction and destroy the other, but this meant that their nemesis had some other agenda. Maybe to make chaos and come out a winner and ruler? But the Temporal protectorate would still be a pest, and they're shielded wrom temporal distorsions. How was he thinking to dominate the warring half-wrecked factions?
Regicide activated his comm-system: "Mission failed. A third island came out of a temporal distorsion, and the second blew into pieces. The 100th police HQ is destroyed in this temporal thread, I have reason to believe their next target is Lylocks. The enemy has left the island, we have no way of getting to their current location. Request extraction and debriefing:"

Bakilas wondered who was responsable for what he had seen, and what their plans were. "What would I do... hmm..." Noticing Regecides strange look he apologises for thinking out loud and returns to his thoughts.

Why? If Bakilas could pull off what he had just seen the first thing he would do is gather a army of some form, create chaos and then grab control of as many places as possable. That is the first signs he should be looking for. The only other serious options he could think of were that this was a powerful madman acting for some warped sense of revenge against certain individuals who had alot to lose by the destruction or another assassin carrying out specific jobs against targets.

While waiting for evac Bakilas ran some calculations through his implants trying to figure out the costs for building such an army.

suddenly thoragor noticed the air around him was growing hotter... almost instantly the whole place lit up and in a flash it cooled down again, all of the people were gone, but the buildings around him were still about, he could see out of a large set of glass windows a city, but... they had been in an airfeild... the building seemed to have... changed places... then all at once he got a sinking sensation, then he looked and saw he was in the air, lifted from the bench, and all at once it occured to him that the city skyline was flying up while the whole building he was in was... falling down...

the man that had gotten away rematerialized in mid air right next to him... "OH MAN! I saved the people but the Airport must've gotten caught in the jump stream... and so did you.... listen... I know you want to kill me, but hear me out... I'm the Shinokorosha... I bring balance to the dimensional equasion... Kai is about to try an experinment of some sort with this tube, He's going to mix the three energy types, he doesnt realize the consequences... I can't let him have this tube! And I cant trust the miltary with it either... I'll save you... only if you vow to help me... in 45 seconds this air ports going to hit the ground and you'll be in it... you have a choice...

Kin couldn't belive what he was seing now... not only had a third and FOUTH island showed up, but a FITH portal had opened and now a HUGE chunk of earth with some buildings on it was falling out of the sky just below the floating islands with cannons...

Just as Bakilas stopped thinking about rounding up an army a new voice called out to him...

"Bakilas! We're with the 51st batallion, we received Regicides message and have come to assist you... Just give us the orders..."

His sigt panned and saw interplanar police from all manners and walks of society from Tank drivers to infantry to fully-suited up mech pilots and they all looked very anxiouse to get revenge.

"The man who'se started these attacks... his voice is on every other com channel... Turns out he's an Ex-Army operative named Masakari Kai... He says he wants some sort of a tube that you were on a mission to extract earlier but failed in, and that he's going to start destroying every world's offensive forces until he is the only superpower in the multiverse... We've got to stop this mad man!"

OOC>> The new weapon, the Heavy-Counter-Rotation-Chain-Gun-Laser-Cannon, is a laser based weapon, which constantly fires a laser beam which acts as a plasma carrier. The beam is pulsed by the interlocking counter-rotetion attachment at the end of the gun, and that motion makes the laser carrier pulsing. Shoots like a chain gun, but high caliber, explosive rounds, high fire rate(14 shots per second), plasma damage. The weapon is very heavy, and it can only be used mounted or while inside a power suit.

"Have you got my toys?"-Regicide asked the commander.
Without a word, a door to an armoured car behind the commander opened, holding Regicide's VOLANS suit, tusk driver, Heavy-Counter-Rotation-Chain-Gun-Laser-Cannon and loads of energy cells. Regicide managed a fairly large and easily noticable grin.
After equipping the VOLANS armor, Regicide placed his incapacitator on his back, along with the tusk driver, and armed the HCRCGLC. He donned a helmet which quickly activated, and showed a status monitor on it's protective glass.
"Orca checklist complete. Energy levels at 92%. VOLANS ready."-the suit announced through it's speaker system. Regicide looked very frightening in his new clothing. He was at least half again his size, with a man-sized gun in his hands.
He turned to the commander and stated -"I am fully ready to take on a small army. What have you got for Bakilas?"

Thoragor could hardly believe what was going on around him, and since there was no time to figure out this all our he would have to place his trust in the stranger. "Very well, i shall help you. On one condition, i cant quit my mission unless i get a better offer. So now you have a choice; Leave me here and i shall continue hunt you, or hire me and i will serve you as loyally as i served the last man to hire me." Thoragor activated his implants incase the man choice was to leave him, for he still had his ways to stay alive.

Bakilas looks at Regicide, "Have you ever heard of 'overkill'?"
He turns to the commander and receives a pair of large suitcases. Squatting on the ground he flips open the cases and takes out some modifications for his sniper rifle as well as a high power assualt rifle and a second pistol. From the second case he pulls a small piece of machinery, a experamental electronic cloaking device which constantly hides the user from electronic detectment and when activated (and if it works) eyesight. He also grabs spare clips for all his weapons and some offensive grenades, highly modified flashbangs and some of the new liquid nitrogen grenades.

Right, now we need a plan.
