Alliene shrugged and merely lounged on a rock that jutted out of the center of the pool, "I just spent all night sleeping in that water," she grinned without changing the cutting of her eyes as he gasped at the temperature, "Cold is it? I thought it was rather nice. Much warmer than the sea water I'm used to," she raised a hand and gestured at the waterfall cascading off the cliff, "Thats a better way to douse yourself. Hmm, not much of a swimmer are you? I can hardly believe you're related to me," her fit frame shook with silent laughter, "With all the noise you're making, I'm surprised the rest aren't already up!" her mind told her Zachana was, and ready to hurtle from the top of the cliff into the pool. She with held this information and continued to chuckle.

OOC- wow, a lot has happened while my computer was messing up. I am too lazy to read all that, what have I missed? and where the hell is Shadow?

ooc-lol, don't you worry Shadow, your char is with us. I'll give a quick layout-
After we reavived Kaltia, Zachana took you and some others to a clearing just outside of Amn, Verloren and Alliene were on Avalon, and Calaethis and Kaltia on Dar. Everybody save Alliene is getting ready to head to Verloren's esates in the Gov. District while Alliene goes to Shar's temple(Alliene is accompying you to the gates before leaving). Calaethis stuck his tounge out at his cousin impishly. Pulling a face at her, he replied, "I'm not that bad at swimming, and it is cold when you first wake up... just because I'm not as good as you as are, cousin, but then, unlike you, I'm not part fish!" he grinned and splashed water at her... he was feeling cheerful this morning, and slightly playful. His cousin could see that he was feeling a lot happier this morning, even if she was leaving later. Calaethis grinned again; "Oh and cousin, I threw a pebble in the water, not a rock! And I skimmed it across the surface," he grinned wickedly, "Five times before it sank..." he smiled and swam gracefully over to the waterfall, barely making a sound. His eyes wide and innocent, filled with an impish light, he asked "Sure you don't want to join me cousin?" he eyes twinkled, "That way you can bathe me and make sure I'm actually clean!" he winked at her, and settled back to enjoy the cascading water.

"Part fish? I'll give you patr fish. On second thought I think that waterfall might just pound your frail frame into the rocks," she stood suddenly and dove into the water as a dark shape desended from the sky-Zachana rolled tightly into a ball, her wings stretched over her curled form, hurtled into the pool right next to Calaethis. The wave she caused soaked the entire clearing, waking everyone else up, and sending Calaethis on a tidal wave to the tree line. Sitting up in the now half-empty pool(quickly refilling with the waterfall's addition) Zachana snorted laughter as Alliene bobbed to the top, grinning.

"INSUFFERBLE DRAGON! INSOLENT CREATURE!" Cal yelled loudly, startling the entire camp. "ALLIENE! GET ME DOWN FROM THIS DAMN TREE!" he winked at her and grinned his most impish grin, in a softer tone he said, "opps, guess that must kinda woken the others up - ah well... TAGNIK!" he cried suddenly "DAMN YOU DRAGON! WHERES MY SWORD?! MY CHAIN?!"

"You mean this sword?" Verloren stood at the base of Calaethis's tree and shook it at him before driving half of the blades length into the trunk and walking to Sylquis to calm the frightened elf down, sparing glares for Avalon, who was rolling around and clutching his stomach as he roared in laughter.
Still chuckling, Alliene climbed out of the now 3/4 filled pool. The webbing between her fingers and toes retracted, and her eyes turned into her normal elven pupils. Digging her belt out of her pile of armour and clothes, she reached into the pouch and pulled out her drow chain-all of her drowish items- and began slipping and tugging them on.

Sullenly, Calaethis climbed down the wet branches, and nimbly jumped down, and landed, clad in only a loincloth. He wasn't too happy. Glaring he retrived his sword, and muttered a sullen "Thank you" before looking at his wet clothes. Swearing under his breath he simply said, "Stand back and cover your eyes" then he cast sunray from Tagnik, drying his clothes. Then he dressed, he didn't care if Verloren or Sylquis were looking at him - although, he *was* behind a rock and a tree.

Sylquis hugged Verloren tentitively, still frightened. Slipping her arms around Verloren's waist, the young elf pleadingly but silently asked for Verloren to slip her arm aorund her and give her a hug.

Calaethis emerged fully dressed, with his usual overtunic on. His eyes were daggers and he shot dark looks at Zach, "bloody dragon" he mutterd.

Zachana caught his look and traced her forked tongue over her pointed fangs and bared them at him in a viscious grin as she hopped neatly out of the pool.

Verloren smiled and picked the elf girl up,
"Don't worry now, it was just the Matron and her dragon teasing Calaethis," she glanced over at Alliene briefly, "Avalon, get up," she snapped.
Still muffling his laughter, Avalon rose and approached her with a grin.
"Here," she gave the startled dragon Sylquis, "I need to go talk to Alliene," she patted the elf reasurringly and left to her sister, "Alliene?"
Alliene glanced up from tugging her dark boots on, "What troubles you, sister?"
"Oh nothing troubles me...but...," she chewed her lip. It was so hard to speak to her sister when those silver eyes were so cold! "Avalon and I have decided to have a child," she rushed the words out.
Alliene stood and pulled a brush from her pouch and drew it swiftly through her hair, "A child? Are you sure about that?"
Verloren nodded and Alliene's warm smile did not faze her eyes, "Well, thats great then. Your heir to defari will be half dragon!"
Verloren chuckled and elbowed her sister, "I realized that, silly,"
The two grinned cheekily at eachother.

Sylquis looked at the great dragon, still in awe of him, shyly she curtsied, "My Lord Avalon" she said shyly, using Calaethis's title for the great creature. She bowed her head, unsure of what to do or say, looking exceedingly vunerable and innocent. The girl was still soaked, luckily she hadn't undressed for bed the night before, and had slept in her clothes... her clothes and shift was damp though, and she was chilly. Instinticivly, she toook a half-step closer to the dragon, hoping his body warmth would keep the chill off.

Calaethis snarled about how close his elven chain came to being lost. He merged with the shadows, and muttered sourly. He went to find Tyra - and finding the startled elf, he took her behind a rock, out of sight of the others. Crouching down, he asked, "Are you allright Tyra? You seem a little damp" he said with droll humor. She smiled back at him, in spite of herself, "Just a little my lord." she said with warmth. Calaethis touched her damp cheek, and then her tunic. "This will never do, your thoughly soaked, curse that dragon." He looked at her bag, and swore. "Idiot! Shes soaked your entire traveling bag - it will be useless soon, damn that bloody..." He broke off as Tyra gasped, "My lord! You must not speak so! Lady Alliene will be furious if she hears!" Calaethis grinned, and tweaked the girls nose. "Shes my cousin, and your damp. Now get undressed." Tyra obeyed instantly, stripping down to her shift, and gave him a questioning look. He blushed suddenly, and placed his cloak around her, enchanted with magic to keep the elements off it, and hide the weared from all scrying magic, cool in summer and warm in winter, lined with thick fur, it doubled up as a blanket.

Calaethis gently placed it around her shoulders, and then gingerly touched her shift. That was damp too. Tyra gave him a quick look, and turned her back on him. The shift came off, the cloak still covering her. She turned around once more, and wrung her hair out. She'd taken the worst of the tidal wave, since she'd slept closer to pool then the others had. Pulling the cloak around her, she smiled at Calaethis, and spoke gently, "Thank you Lord Calaethis, your cloak" she gave him a shy smile, "Is very warm and comfortable, I'm drying already..." she said in surprise. She'd already laid her clothes on the rock, and the sun, swiftly rising was already drying them. Her travel bags were drying rapidly too, along with their contents. With a smile, she kissed her lord on his cheek to his surprise and embaressment. He placed an arm around her shoulders and gave her a reassuring hug. Then he politely turned his back as she dressed again, and handed back his cloak. He left silently, followed by her.
